1.vivo Diwali Lucky Draw Offer (“Lucky Draw”), is being organized by Haijin Trade India Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”), from 10th Oct’25 till 31st Oct’25, wherein any customer who purchases vivo mobile phone in Kerala state from an authorized retailer can participate in the Lucky Draw.

2. To participate in the Lucky Draw, customers need to scan the QR code shown by the sales team or visit vivokerala website and enter the full details. If you are a Daily prize winner or not, you will have known at the moment you submit the details. The result will have shown after the e-verification of your IMEI on www.vivokerala.co.in. Customers post filling the details for the Lucky Draw will get a link where customers can download a PDF document as a confirmation of his/her being a winner.

3. Winners need to produce this document to vivo officials.

4. If you are a Daily Prize Winner of cash prize and cash back voucher you can redeem it from the shop itself. If you are a Daily Prize Winner of Electric Chopper, Bluetooth Speaker and Clean Bot, our team will send the gift through courier to the Address details given for the participation.

5. All gifts must be redeemed before November 15, 2025

6. IMEI of each purchased handset can be used only once in the offer period.

7. Demo units shall not be eligible for this offer.

8. Company’s employees, distributors, and dealers are not eligible to take part in the Lucky Draw.

9. Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Lucky Draw if Company in its sole discretion is of the opinion that participant has violated the terms of the Lucky Draw and/or his/her acts are detrimental to the interests of the Company.

10. These terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw may be amended by Company at any time without any prior written notice.

11. All disputes pertaining to Lucky Draw shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Ernakulam court. In no event shall Company be liable for non-performance or delay in performance of its obligations if such non-performance/delay is arising out of factors which are not in control of Company.

Terms and conditions

2. Lucky draw offer Period is 21st May to 20th June 2020.
3. This offer is available only for the handset purchased from Kerala.
4. Gift tax will be applicable for Rs ≥10000 valued gift.
5. Employees & their close relatives of vivo, Haijin Trade India pvt Ltd, Distributors and dealers are not eligible to participate in this contest.
6. Company will directly contact the winner through the given contact number.
7. Pre-booking customer gets 180 days of extended warranty as pre-booking gift and in addition to that the customer is eligible for a 180 day additional extended warranty through lucky draw offer which is a total of 360days of extended warranty (1year normal warranty + 360 days additional warranty if customer wins the lucky draw).
8. For claiming the gift Customer has to share the bill copy, and print of the downloaded document”, Customer PAN Card and proof of gift tax payment.
9. After verification company will arrange the gift delivery through nearby home appliances shop or directly from Haijin once the lockdown is completely lifted from the Kerala state.
10. Haijin Trade India Pvt Ltd has the right to amend these terms & conditions without any prior notice
